Zoë extends a warm welcome to Mandy Philbin, the Chief Nursing Officer representing the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board (ICB), and Michelle Howarth, who holds the position of SCNAC Chair within the same region.

Together, they provide insights into their collaborative journey in spearheading the establishment of the Social Care Nursing Advisory Council in Greater Manchester.
